| So right now im about a tight 10 to a 12 and not even in juniors anymore. I'd like to get down to a size 6/8. How long do you think it would take? right now im eating a can of vegetables for breakfast then lunch and dinner uh not so good. my workout is day 1 20mins cardio day 2 20 mins strength training and day 3 yoga....so how can i improve my diet. id love to get to a 6/8 by mid may. you think this is possible? if so any advice to get there would be great! im not too concerned about weight more about how my body looks. You know actually maybe a 4/6 wouldn't be bad either. I'm about to start grad school and i refuse to be fat! so thanks for the help!!! |

| I don't know how much I weigh anymore. But I feel better. Like strength training every single day I hope it's helping. Im not really that concerned about the scale anymore. Like it's more about how my clothes fit and right now they're pretty good. I ate out last night and did really good veggies and meat. I just think I'm one of those people who can't really eat a lot of carbs without gaining weight so I think I'm gonna limit myself to 2 servings a day and then add fruit more often. Gotta go grocery shopping then. Oh I guess I'll give an outline of my meals to see what u all think. Breakfast: some type of canned vegetable I like spinach and green beans Snack: some walnuts or a honey oat bar Lunch: meat like chicken strips and fries or like a cheeseburger only with 1 bun. Dinner: same as lunch basically Snack: nuts, trail mix, I know it seems really restrictive but it's actually pretty filling. Keep in mind this is coming from a girl who loved fettuccine alfredo more than anything in the world. So I really think south beach is working. I had a rough couple of days this week but im gonna get back on track this week. I have a particular pair of jeans I'm ready to get into so hopefully I can soon. I been on SB for almost 8 weeks but I haven't been totally faithful to it. So ya know. Let u know how next week goes. |

| Yeah that's right South Beach Diet Supercharged. I'm gonna do it. I already have high cholesterol and this will help lower it. Also the major weight loss the first 2 weeks between 8 and 13lbs. This and the fact that I'm going to the gym 5 days a week should really help me. It just kinda sucks cuz i just bought all new clothes but I can always learn how to tailor them down. I just wanna be like a size 8 and have my jeans fit loosely they're like extra tight now and it sux! I know I haven't been on here in a while but yeah life gets in the way of stuff.

| Yeah so normally i dont plan and thats why i dont eat like i should. so i guess im gonna plan my intake today. oh and im gonna have to ask my boyfriend but its something to the timing of you eating in regards to your workout. it's like if you eat before you burn more cals and if you eat after you'll burn more fat. its either that or vice versa. ill ask him today tho. here goes my intake: sandwich: 330, apple jackz 110, idk ill figure some more stuff out later. but i have to do cardio cuz i didnt yesterday. so hopefully it goes okay. oh and today is picture day i honestly dont think my body has changed, especially my tummy. i need to get smaller so i can fit into my bridesmaid dress in only 4 weeks....good luck today ladis stay strong.
Yeah i gained weight this week. FML!!!!! im sooooo mad. ive been working out like crazy this week and i still gained half a lb. im soooo pissed!!!! its been almost 2 weeks ive been working out and no weight loss!! idk if im building muscle or what this just sux. i worked out 2 hours today and its like nothing. the only part of my body that has changed is like my legz but im still too scared to try on any jeans cuz i gained weight. im sooo mad at myself. like what do i need to do to get this weight off. im really angry like at myself cuz i thought all my working out and eating less would result in weight loss, but it hasn't do. help me out with some tips. thanx hope yal are having better luck that i am! |

| sorry i been busy and only gonna get busier but i guess i should let you atleast know my points. yesterday: water +3 workout +8 intake+5 support +3=19
today: water +5 workout +4 intake +5 support 0 =14
It was okay these past 2 days. i didnt do cardio. but i finally found some stuff for my legs to do b/c they're gross. by the way is it wierd that the first place i get muscle is in the outside of thighs like the quad area. no where else has developed as much as that. i wish that would go to my stomach oh well. just seeing if it was normal. later ladies stay strong! |
